Jaguars are known to be opportunistic hunters and can take on almost anything they come across. Capybaras, deer, turtles, iguanas, armadillos, fish, birds, and monkeys are just some of the prey that jaguars eat. Jaguars have a more powerful bite than any other big cat. Their teeth are strong enough to bite through the thick skin of crocodiles and the hard shells of turtles. A video is going viral on social media showing a jaguar chasing a crocodile.Read also – Viral video: lionesses try to hunt bison but his herd saves him. look

When a jaguar pounces, sometimes all it takes is a bite to get a meal. The video shows a jaguar shooting down a caiman in the Pantanal wetlands in Brazil. The male jaguar could be seen crossing the river, looking for prey. After getting out of the water, the jaguar is seen prowling along the bank. The jaguar carefully walks quietly up the bank to make the two crocodiles on the other side of the river aware of its presence. You can barely see the jaguar swim through the water because it does so stealthily. When a caiman turns its back on the jaguar, it takes advantage of this and pounces on it. It then sinks its teeth deep into the reptile’s head until it dies, then takes its meal away to eat.
