Heart of Minnesota Animal Center Jetson

Jetson will steal your heart! He just turned 1 and will still show some “curious” puppy behavior…we heard he likes shoes. He is medium sized (about 50 lbs) and we were told he was a Pit/Shar pei mix. This guy would be a great candidate for a dog DNA test. He has such unique features…and those eyes!

Oh my God ! It is pure happiness! He greets other dogs and people in a playful way because he is so confident. He probably thinks “everyone wants to play with me”. Yes, he snuggles up in your lap or cuddles up next to you as easily as he will go for a run or enjoy any physical activity. He is quite the sprinter. Jetson is an easy-going boy who is always happy, enthusiastic, curious and loving. Yes, we are all very much in love with this guy and know that he will fill the hearts of his future family. With Jetson, the optimist, the water bowl is always half full!

Ruff Start Dog & Cat Rescue Olivier

Wait, weren’t you the one looking for a sweet, handsome, playful best friend? If so, I’m so excited you found me because I was looking for you too! My foster family calls me Olly, a male Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador mix. I’m currently learning how good life can be, and I’m studying to be your faithful sidekick forever.

Even though I’m young, I haven’t always had a stable and loving home. I’m just getting used to absorbing all the wonderful things life has to offer. I’m cautious around new people, and while my confidence comes quickly, I still need a little patience while I learn that most humans are actually pretty darn awesome! A few of my favorite things include going for walks, playing with my foster canine brother, taking long naps, snuggling up and kissing a puppy.

I hope my new home will be one that shows me unconditional love and patience as I become the dog I was always meant to be. I would do best in a home with a confident canine sibling and a calm, consistent environment. Although my host family adores me, I know that my forever family is there! Am I right, was it you? Hawk Creek Animal Sanctuary – Son

Good morning! My name is Sonny and I am a two year old Mastiff mix. My favorite hobbies are chasing tennis balls, chewing on squeaky toys, and catching rope toys! I love being with my human and getting a good scratch.

Not only am I a beautiful woman, but I am also very strong! My new family will have to help me walk a little slower on a leash, but I can’t help it because I want to see everyone and feel everything. Big dogs are a no-no for me, but if you have a small dog or kids, I can’t wait to meet them! I can go into stealth mode and easily jump on counters; although I heard that maybe I should stop that.

I can sit up and shake, sometimes even with both legs. If you want a life filled with fun, love and surprises, I’m your girl! Please Click here to learn more about me or to schedule a meeting.

Hunter is a beautiful neutered 3-year-old boy, happy and always ready for adventure! Hunter weighs 45 pounds. of pure love and playfulness, with a big spongy head and a muscular build. He is eager to please and very food driven, an energetic guy who likes to go out for walks or play, but also likes to relax on the couch for a nap or a tummy massage.

Hunter does well when home alone and is entertained with chew toys. He will bark
if someone comes to the door, but is normally quite calm. Well-behaved on road trips, he tends to be a bit shy when meeting new people, but usually warms up after just a few minutes. He generally likes other dogs, but is more selective/less comfortable with large males. He is trained at home, but his requests to go outside are subtle.

Tri-County Animal Shelter – chatterbox

Gabby is an 11 year old neutered cat who qualifies for our Fabulous Five Dollar Feline promotion. She has lived well with cats and dogs in the past. She adores children of all ages and she loves mealtimes a lot too! Gabby loves a well-maintained litter box; ask a TCHS staff member for clarification. Options for cozy beds and access to sunny spots would likely be appreciated by this darling. Her adoption fees would be waived for a senior or veteran.

Underdog Pet Rescue of MN – Darla

Hello, my name is Darla. I am a lovely female Pit Bull/Shepherd mix who is a ‘pure puppy’. It’s because I love to chew everything and if it makes noise it’s even better!!! Eh eh !! I also like to just follow my people around the house and if they sit down I gladly jump next to them and take a break too. But when it’s nap time, I like to snuggle up on mom’s lap, give her some of my sweetest puppy kisses, and fall asleep right away!

I haven’t met any kids or cats yet, but I get along well with other dogs. I am also very intelligent and I like to please my family! I think little kids would be super fun to be around, but they just need to know that I’m a growing puppy and might confuse their toys with mine. I already know what “sitting” means, I do my business outside and I am trained in cash. However, mom and I have just started leash training and since I won’t always be going potty with this leash attached to me, a fenced in yard would be nice – unless we can continue to work there- above ! I promise I’ll get to it! I also like to alert adoptive mom in the morning when it’s time to go out!

Now all I need is the furry house I’ve always dreamed of. I am looking for a patient family who will love me unconditionally and NEVER give up on me. If you’re ready to welcome an amazing woman into your life, I’m ready to shower you with all the love in my heart and I’ll even share my puppy dog kisses with you!! Minnesota’s Pet Haven – Cowboy

Wrangler is a very well behaved and communicative 9 year old boy. When we say communicative it does not mean loud as he rarely barks at all. He just has his own unique ways of letting you know he needs to get outside, wants to play, or is ready for dinner!

Wrangler is a relatively quiet guy, but he’s definitely excited when he meets new people, when it’s time to go for a walk, or when he’s ready to play. His absolute favorite toy is a donut that he’ll pick up and waltz towards you to let you know he’s ready for playtime! Wrangler is a phenomenon in the world of home etiquette and has adjusted very well upon entering his foster home. One item on his list that he is adamant about is that his forever home will be forever child and dog free. Both make him quite anxious, and this kind old man deserves a life without as much anxiety as possible. And while this 35-pound man is adamant, apartments and places with higher dog traffic, like dog parks, aren’t for him.

If you are interested in Wrangler, don’t waste time with a request! Please Click here and fill haven for petsadoption request.
